Keith Cook, Mumia Abu Jamal's brother

I support Prison Radio because there is nothing else like it. It goes behind the walls and finds voices to speak from their cells to tell us  and their families  what their daily life is like and all of  its challenges. Prison Radio allows those incarcerated to talk to their families and friends around the world. Prison Radio also  takes brilliant writers and gives them an opportunity to speak to all of us about their lives and their feelings. I'm extremely glad that Prison Radio allows the incarcerated inmates to have a voice that travels far beyond the prison walls, not only giving them hope but a sense of belonging. I support Prison Radio because on those days and weeks which I am not able to visit my brother  it does give me the sense of relief I need by allowing me to listen to him and know what is on his mind. I support Prison Radio.
