All out for Mumia: Common Pleas Court Open Hearing!
 
As of November 27, 2017, a Rule is issued upon the Philaelphia District Attorney's Office of the First Judicial District of Pennyslvania to show cause why the District Attorney of Philadelphia should not locate and produce Gaele McLaughin Barthold, Esquire, to present testimony regarding the content of documents the District Attorney's Office cannot locate, in reference to her memorandum to Ronald D. Castille on March 27, 1990.

A Hearing on this Rule is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, 2018at 9:00am, courtroom 1108 of the Justice Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice, 1301 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

Please JOIN US for an Open Hearing! The DA has been ordered to give testimony under oath in front of Judge Tucker regarding the material they say they can not find, including a letter possibly implicating the PA supreme court Judge Ron Castille's potential direct involvment in Mumia's criminal appeal. If this evidence is found, or stipulated or testified to, then it is grounds for 15 years of appeals restoration based on the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Williams.
