Peace. Racism. Throughout the CDCR, especially Pelican Bay State Prison racism is at an all-time high; the medical department lacking Black and Brown nurses, doctors, mental health technicians, ADA staff, and workers. The American Disability Act is non-existent here in Pelican Bay. I ask all to call the lawyers of Prison Law Office, Sacramento. They should know Pelican Bay State Prison has two yards, I’m aware of, A and B Yard. A Yard is called the 50-59 Designated Program Facility where they house SNY, PC, EOPs, [Sensitive Needs Yard, Protective Custody, Enhanced Outpatient Program] etc. A Yard is best and they have been training and have a ADA program. B Yard is not that. B Yard is Level 4 general population, excluding SNY’s, PC, EOP, etc. It is not 50-50. My culture is I-God, so I don’t deal with SNY, PCs, [unclear] etc. Yet, I am ADA. So is a brother of mine who cannot read or write and is living with medical conditions which calls for he, as well as myself, to have access at an ADA program here on Level 4 B Yard, with equality amongst incarcerated persons intact.

Here’s whom I have contacted on behalf of me and my brother: The Law Office of Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld, Michael W. Bien, Attorney at Law, PO Box 390, San Francisco, California 94104-0390. Telephone number: 415-433-6830. Fax number: 415-433-7104. They have directed me to the Prison Law Office, General Delivery, San Quentin, California 94964-5102. Phone number: 510-280-2621. I have spoken with the Captain C-H-A-U-C T-E-R [unclear], who’s the Captain of HCA here at Pelican Bay State Prison.

I am wanting my people, all of humanity as a whole, to call Sacramento CDCR Medical Health Department, also the Law Office of Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld, Prison Law Office, to assist us brothers on Level 4 B Yard in getting adequate ADA program to educate its officers, staff, and worker, more Black workers here in Pelican Bay. It is bad. Bad enough to sue CDCR Pelican Bay. I end this message. Peace for me, KnowledgeBorn GodAllah, the honorable Darren C. Stanley B6119 and my brother Arlington Johnson AG0461-B3227, and all the other brothers here suffering without an ADA program. Peace.
