Hello all. This is the author of God Uses Gangsters, Faluch Bigsby. Today I want to talk to you about due process, constitutionality, and I want to kind of explain how this works. In America, the United States Constitution is the governing force of law that is the rule for the whole United States. Each state is supposed to create (inaudible) revised codes and laws and policies that will be in alignment with the United States Constitution. So, when somebody does something in a state where legislation passes a bill or a law or a policy, it has to be within the guidelines of the Constitution. Now, we no longer have this process in place. They try to say that we still have this American design, which was balanced and which was a way that we had checks and balances to where we can hold people accountable. But we’ve lost due process because they’ve created these little rules where you can’t challenge the government, called immunity and so forth. So, anything that takes place, they will create a rule to keep you from being able to challenge them. And then, whenever you do figure out the judicial system and how it works, and you gain the knowledge of how to actually fight them, then they slowly just start being brutal and act like a criminal organization.

Prime example: here in the prison system, the way it works, if you file a grievance and you don’t do it correctly, they will just default you. They won’t even try to figure out what your issue is, and that’s the easiest way for them to deal with it. But if you have a legitimate claim, usually the inspector will call you down there, try to lie to you and then get the timelines to fall out. Or, they go all the way to where they just threaten you and remove it, and then by time you try to file it again, they say you can’t because you defaulted based on the timelines. So, I bring this up because due process is the root of fairness, and this is something that we need to get back to. So, you need to get with legislation and those that are of power in your state, and you need to make sure that due process is given to all American citizens, because without due process, we can’t help sex trafficking victims. We cannot help the mentally ill. We cannot aid and assist the widow’s son if we do not have this. With this, I’m signing off. God bless.
