KnowledgeBorn GodAllah: Peace, this KnowledgeBorn GodAllah, calling from Pelican Bay State Prison. I have two issues that I want to discuss. One is the disparity within the CDCR police staffing, in which they’re now using, the police staffing are now using the medical department to harass, provoke, incite, and dehumanize human beings inside institutions. I am a person living with chronic arthritis. I have a titanium plate in my neck, and I also have severe pain.
I take Gabapentin medication three times a day, but I can only take this medication at specific times, and I can only get to the medical department at specific times because the hiring staff has to open the door and let me out. The hiring staff finds it funny, finds it suitable and provoking, to use these methods of letting me out when they want me to that I would miss my medication and I would sit in here in severe pain, under cruel and unusual punishment.
So, I appreciate if all call in and talk to — call Sacramento, to the medical health department, as well as the Inspector Attorney General in Sacramento, and complain, because a brother just had a seizure in Pelican Bay State Prison in his cell, and was left in his cell for 45 minutes without any medical attention. So please, it is [unclear] that you do this. I thank y’all, and my name is KnowledgeBorn GodAllah, I’m in B Facility, Pelican Bay State Prison. I’m in Cell 119 in 6 Building. The other issue I want to bring up is about the 5% Nation of God’s and Earths and our Honor Day. I have a large number here, the long number, 789983, and it’s a grievance claimant form. And it has, it has a due date, response due date on the 19th, which was yesterday. The Community Resource Manager which her name is now, her name is Simpson, Miss Simpson. She has allowed herself not to respond to our program and is hindering our program. We have not gotten our Honor Day. We have not gotten anything in that nature. She is supposed to sit down with me and figure it out. She hasn’t. I appreciate it.

KnowledgeBorn GodAllah: And also call Sacramento Statewide Religious Review Committee and complain to them about these processes. A.J. Western [sp] is supposed to be our supervisor, and he does nothing for us. They have a federal budget. They have a religious budget, and we cannot use it. And no organization, no religious organization here. And we’re not a religion. We’re a God centered culture, divine God centered customs, and that we’re a part of the Religious Land Utilities Institutionalized Persons Act and which we’re supposed to access the budget. We’re unable to do so based on the fact that they’re hiding the money. So I asked CURB and everyone else to continue to call in and support us and help us get rehabilitated because religious programming and our God centered culture, divine God centered customs, is a great big part of us rehabilitating ourselves.
