I circulated a report about TDCJ’s state classification committee who changed my sentence, discharge, release date in what seemed to be part of an elaborate plot to get me killed. The name of this report is a rogue within TDCJ bureaucracy changed my release date with malice and forethought to get me murdered. In it, I explain why the state classification committee changed my release date from June 2, 2026 to June 1, 2026 and how this was done in a multifaceted effort to prevent me from transferring to the Federal Bureau of Prisons alive. To start my next sentence for context, Prison Radio listeners can read the full report by going to my website, www.Jasonsprisonjournal.com. In response to this report, people began contacting the state classification committee, the Powledge Unit Warden, where I am incarcerated, and the Tom Green County Clerk, who sent a supporter records that prove my arrest date was and sentence started on June 2, 2008.
 I filed a grievance in an effort to compel the state classification committee to correct the date they forged. But it was rejected by the Powledge Unit Grievance Office as a non-grievable issue. Since the report has been circulating, what we’ve learned is that;
One, the Estelle unit is not the prison I am supposed to be released from.
Two, there are three inmates at Estelle unit, one being Aryan Brotherhood sympathizer Ben McAlpin, that are on my TDCJ created enemies list as participants in previously foiled plots to harm me.
Three,  following public complaints, the state classification committee denied any wrongdoing and changed the date of arrest they had on file for me from June 2, 2008 to June 1, 2008 this was done to match the sentence completion date someone maliciously changed several years ago, and now the alter date is realized to make the entire ordeal look like a clerical error that happened during my arrival to TDCJ.
Four, the state classification committee falsely insists that the dates they have on file are true and correct and have always been, June 1, when, in fact, the courts and county jail sent the correct date to TDCJ during my transfer, which I and the US Marshals were given copies of from the state classification committee in 2009.
Five, someone in the state classification committee removed the special transfer notice in my file that warns their transportation department not to transfer me to other prisons for overnight layovers or with any other prisons, prisoners for any reason, especially those on my enemies list. Had this gone unnoticed, they would have transferred me, according to their plan, a layover unit where bad actors would be waiting and to the Estelle unit, had I made it out of the layover gauntlet where bad actors were also waiting, just by analyzing these deliberate facts, bailed out mistakes. One thing is clear, officials within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice have no interest in letting me out of this hell hole alive after surviving and documenting 18 years worth of them abusing prisoners, with most of their attacks being performed with impunity. This is why it is so important that the media and public monitor my release into VOP custody and help figure out how to get an investigation launched to determine who these officials are that have tried to manufacture a perfect storm of mistakes. As long as they are in position, they will keep trying. Thank you. Jason Renard Walker.
