Faluch Bigsby

Hello world. This is Faluch Bigsby the author of God Uses Gangsters. I’m still standing.  Today, I want to talk about injustice. Sometimes people just can’t do the right thing. And here’s the thing, we, the good people, the ones that need to connect and start our fellowship and reaching out to each other, we got to just keep going. No matter what hits you and tries to knock you down, you can’t lay down. You can’t give up. Because no matter what, as long as we stand on our ten toes and we do the right thing, it doesn’t matter what happens.

Today, I want to talk about the Ohio justice system and the injustice in it. I had my condo taken. Everybody has been told about it. If you’ve listened to my radio show, you know about how the sheriff’s department let a squatter sign over my condo and act like they were me.  Well, the sheriff’s department recently filed a motion to dismiss, and failed to serve a copy of it on me. So the clerk had notified me three times and sent letters saying that they were waiting on my response to the motion to dismiss. I never received copies of that. Somebody went to the courthouse to just file something and the clerk asked why I haven’t responded yet.

Well, basically, we found out that they had those motions and all this stuff that haven’t been delivered to me at the prison. So, what I’m trying to tell you is that, the government in the state of Ohio, no matter what happens, they still try to prevent us from being able to file our paperwork and that is clear injustice.  And these are things that happen to everybody, because they have a thing that they call “res judicata”. And in the state of Ohio, this is a major problem.

There’s thousands and thousands of people that’s been denied their property the government seizes and steals. There’s thousands of people that are still in prison because they weren’t able to file their paperwork, because whenever they did file it, they were on time, and then the courts would wait on a response from something being filed, and they wouldn’t send us our paperwork.  And then they give us 60 days to respond to something that we’ve never received.

These are injustices that need to be corrected. If we don’t have proof of service in the prison system where we sign for that document, we should not be liable for it. Thank you, and that is what I wanted to say today. I wanted you guys to know this one of the problems in the justice system in this state. Thank you. This is Faluch Bigsby signing off. Don’t give up.
