Faluch Bigsby

Hello world, it’s me, the political prisoner. I went from political gangster to political prisoner. This is Faluch Bigsby, the author of God Uses Gangsters. Today, I want to talk about the justice system in the state of Ohio and the things that they do to prevent us from justice, from moving forward, from being able to talk to those — and being able to get our grievances heard.  So first off, the things that they do is they like to deny people from being able to file their mail on time. So they make it to where we no longer can get legal mail into the Ohio Department of Corrections. They passed a thing to where they don’t have to make us sign for it. So now, the courts can just act like they mailed stuff, and we don’t have actually proof of whether or not if we got it or not. And then the timelines can run out, and then they say it’s default, in this state. So therefore, res judicata is a magic word in the state of Ohio that if you claim that you did not get the paperwork, so therefore you try to file beyond the timelines of when paperwork is due, res judicata prevent you from being able to get back in court, because it’s a law that only applies in the state of Ohio. No other state has it. Basically, the government can say they mailed you something. There is no evidence of you ever getting it, because they don’t make ’em sign for it no more, or document it, because the way the prison is set up, mail just comes in now and they don’t document legal mail. That’s one of the big hoodwinks that they’ve done.

So, it’s not only happening inside, it’s happening outside to the public. These are ways that they are seizing homes in this state. They’re just taking people’s property. They’re just taking things away from good, hard working citizens and inmates. It’s a big problem. In fact, multiple people have said that Ohio is the largest organized crime in the government across the whole state. Two years ago, they did an FBI report and the FBI report declared that Ohio was ranked one to five in the whole United States for sex trafficking, drug overdoses, sex, prostitution and drug trafficking; also public crime, corruption, as in basically they’re saying public officials are involved in organized crime and doing illegal things with pedophiles, so forth, drug trafficking and so on. Now, Ohio is basically the heartbeat of America. It’s in the middle. It’s at the top. It’s not near Mexico. It’s not near border towns. So why is it that this state is so corrupt, and even the United States Supreme Court says that there needs to be something done; that their sentencing is wrong, and the judges do what they want and they don’t adhere to the laws and justice system. It’s because the people have been broken here, and the reason why is because there’s nobody to tell, there’s nobody to talk to.

There’s no regress for any grievances or complaints, because those that have been installed to be into those positions are nothing more than criminals and hoods and liars. Now, there’s still good people here. There’s still a lot of change that can take place. The whole state isn’t lost, but it starts with the next generation. So, I said all that so therefore you could see the vision. If we can get one or two generations of children to learn the right way, to be good energy, to love each other — let’s stop teaching racism. Let’s start teaching equality. Prime example, in the schools, every time that they teach our history, they focus on the slavery and the slave master. Why don’t we focus on the people that freed the slaves or the people that stood up to free the slaves? Why don’t we remember those names instead of the names of the people that did the bad stuff? Let’s start focusing on the good energy and finding the good people, and then once we connect with those good people and impart good energy into the next generation, we might have change. So, with that, this is Faluch Bigsby, signing off. God bless.
