Peace. This KnowledgeBornGodAllah calling from Solano State Prison to alert or alarm the people. Here we go again. From September of last year all the way up until now, Judge Arnold Armando Pastran who was a prosecutor’s judge – he was a prosecutor in the past – have again postponed my situation, as far as receiving a decision on my RJA [Racial Justice Act] issues based on the fact that Alameda County admitted to a violation occurring. I proved that a violation occurred, and Judge Stevenson ordered an issue to order to show cause on that violation.
Armando Pastran consistently extended time until his time was no longer, so that he wouldn’t have to make a decision that would either piss off his friends, and/or either end his career. Theodore Landswick was a part of the good old boy network, Stanley Golde, and Orloff and all those guys in the May 4, 2005 jury rigged, East Bay Times article that Pamela Price was reading.
He was a part of those people, and those people were using racial discrimination, again. He said six times in my trial, “I want y’all to kill this N word, this N word killed, an N word, and I want y’all to come back with a verdict of death of the N word,” very blatantly in front of the jury. Yet, I still sit here and Arnold Armando Pastran has removed himself from my case. Now we’re in front of Michael James Reiser, who’s a good judge, you know what I mean, and we should receive some kind of decision within the near future.
