Darren Stanley (KnowledgeBorn GodAllah)

Hey, this KnowledgeBorn GodAllah, calling from CSP Solano, orginator of bringing the Father, Son, Nation and God’s nerve to CDCR,  to the legal system.

I am being retaliated against in the utmost and extreme form and fashion. I received the 115 [discipline report] in March from my M. Spencer, peace officer M. Spencer, building six of CSP Solano PPF, for delaying a peace officer for asking to speak to the sergeant. I went to classification, and they put me up for transfer. They put me up for transfer and kept my level three override, yet, they came back two weeks later and took my level three override by asking me, would I go to a ‘non-designated program facility?’ I don’t know what that was. So they took my level four override and put me up for transfer.  They put me up for transfer to Folsom, New Folsom, or Salinas Valley.

I am from Oakland, California. I have hardship. My family are old. My auntie is 78, my uncle is 83 years old. They have hospital situations. They have sent c/o CC2R Knowledge in San Quentin, when I was on death row. Hardship from doctors and letters from themselves. My cousin is 73 years old, my oldest cousin.  Anyway, based on the retaliation of me bringing the Father, Son, Nations of Gods and Earths to CDCR and to CSP Solano, and running the program, M. Spencer wrote me a 115 for being out of bounds and delaying a peace officer. Those are two different things, because I asked to speak to the sergeant. Today I found out that I’m up for transfer, and that they wanted to, they want to send me to Pelican Bay, down there in Reno, Pelican Bay, almost in Reno.

I refused to heed to that, and I told him no, because of simple fact, Gavin Newsom signed the bill saying that we are to be housed close to where we were convicted at. I was convicted in Oakland, Alameda County, period.  So I’m asking all my listeners to call CSR headquarters—CSU headquarters in Sacramento. The number is 916-324-7308, and complain and question because a Mr. Boeing signed approval for me to be sent to Pelican Bay. And that’s out of the hardship of my family and my loved ones.

They couldn’t send me to any other institution close to my house, yet Pelican Bay. I ask that you call and show your love and support and help me stay either in CSP Solano or have me sent to a institution in the area where I can receive visits and my family.  Thank you very much. Peace.
