Prison Radio
Keith Malik Washington

Revolutionary greetings comrades, friends, and free world allies. Let me be clear about something. Texas Department of Justice criminal employees abuse and murder prisoners. Prison guards in Texas abuse and kill the most vulnerable prisoners, those housed in isolation, commonly known as “at bay”. These sadistic state employees target the weak, elderly, handicapped, and infirm. Many times, the abuse happens under the auspices of staged and fabricated use of forces, which many times turn into deadly use of forces. There is no accountability. But even worse, there is a collusive and concerted effort being made to cover up these acts. The conspiracy and corruption has crept into the upper echelons of the Texas State Government.

My illustrious comrade, Kevin Rashid Johnson, and I have teamed up in order to shed a discerning light on the oppressors. However, our voices of protest are not enough. We need you. The New Afrikan Black Panther Party in Texas has initiated a Please Stop the Killing campaign. We are in need of tech-savvy, free world comrades and friends who can create a Twitter hashtag handle: Please Stop the Killing. Attached, for your viewing pleasure, will be articles and essays written by Rashid, myself, [unclear] and others, detailing the barbaric acts of abuse and torture which happen regularly in Texas prisons. But the Please Stop the Killing campaign is much bigger than abuse and murder in Texas. It is our intention to create discussions on the topic of the devaluing of young Black male lives in America.

All human being lives are precious. Whether we are talking about Eric Garner getting the life choked out of him by an NYPD cop, or whether we are talking about a French cartoonist exercising their right to free speech. All lives matter. But for some reason in Texas, prisoner lives mean nothing. Comrade Kevin Rashid Johnson speaks truth to power while he has been targeted for assassination by the racist prison guards who work at the Bill Clements unit in Amarillo, Texas. Comrades, the best antiseptic for injustice is sunlight. Go to my Facebook page, Comrade Malik Washington, in order to find out more about the Please Stop the Killing campaign. Help protect those who can’t protect themselves. Dare to struggle. Dare to win. All power to the people. This is Keith Comrade Malik Washington talking to you from one of the many gulags in the oppressive state of Texas.
