Hi, my name is Shirron Gayles-Vanders. I am incarcerated at Florence McClure Women’s Correctional Center. I was convicted of murder of my husband in 2017, but I should have my case should have been ruled a justifiable homicide because I had applied for a TPA, TPO over and over, and the police did not, or the family court did not issue me a TPO. Well, when I accused the Nevada judicial system of being corrupt, and, and, and accused them of systemic failure, they launched a malicious prosecution on me. Now they have me in a hole for a write-up because I couldn’t give them a urine analysis when they know that I’m on ADA for a brain tumor in my brain stem, and that I have neurological problems. So I’m asking the public to reach out, to make the calls for me, to call up here, to write the warden, to email the warden, to email the media, and ask the media for immediate help. I need intervention. I am an innocent woman. I’m trying to prove my case, and every time I send anything out, the courts are using the prison as a tool and a weapon to steal all of my legal mail and interfere with my access to the court. So I’m asking the public abroad to please help me fight my case and fight for justice. I am an innocent 60-year-old woman. I didn’t do anything wrong other than defend myself because the Henderson Police Department repeatedly and profoundly failed me, as well as the Las Vegas Nevada family court. I did everything that I could as, as a legal, a law-abiding citizen to avoid any violence. All all I was trying to do is get out of a very bad situation. But due to the negligent manner in which H-HPD handled our dispute, it turned into fatality that was not at the fault of me, but because of the negligence of the H-HPD and the Nevada, Nevada family court system failures. So I’m asking the public to please get behind me, write me, do whatever you need to do, but please help my family fight for justice for Shirron Gayles-Vanders.
