Yo. Peace. This is KnowledgeBorn GodAllah calling from Solano State Prison. This is an extreme emergency call to all the Allah’s Five Percenters, to all Gods and Earths,and to all the righteous people in the world and humanity, and all the religious movements in the United States.
We are being denied our constitutional rights: our religious practices here in Solano State Prison. I just came from a Civilization class where we had A yard and B yard on the Level 3 together. However, Sherman Gin, the Community Resources Assistant, wants to tell me, that we are limited only to the A yard, which is not true. All other religious groups have A and B yard practices. We have not. And we signed an agreement to have the whole practices. I signed an agreement to have the whole practices in CDCR [California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation] based on my stipulation agreement. Sherman Gin, and his boss supposedly, Jessica Rice, says since we new, we don’t get the same privileges as everybody else, and our constitutional rights are being violated.
So we need to have, I need to have people call up here. Talk to A.W Cross, talk to the Warden, Jason Schultz. Specifically, talk to Jason Schultz and A.W. Cross [Assistant Warden] and because I’ve been turned in our paper for showing proof, which is June 13 [1969]. Honor Date, that’s our Honor Date. That’s the day Allah the Father was assassinated. And that’s the day we keep him alive, and we come together to know he’s still alive within us, and for, and with us. So that our Honor Day has been tampered with and trampled over.
We, I, turned in the paperwork in January. I turned in the paperwork in January, to have this practice, this process, and we haven’t been gettin’ it. We have two sponsors: J. Woods and Ms. M. Tompkins. And neither one of them seems to know what they’re doing. And Sherman Jin is trying to limit our program with his boss, Jessica Rice, to only the A yard side, when ALL religious practices ‘supposed go to ALL religious groups. And it’s very detrimental, that we have the A and the B yard together.
So again, please call up here, everybody that’s concerned, lawyers and everybody because people are being denied their constitutional rights. I have 6-0-2ed [CDCR 602 is Grievance/Inmate Appeal Form]. I have talked to the A.W. Cross who said we can have whole practice. I have talked to Captain Williams, who say we can have our whole practice. Only people that are trying to deny us our practices are Sherman Gin and Jessica, his boss supposedly, Jessica Rice,and so I would appreciate if people can call up here, email Jason Schultz, the CSP [California State Prison] Solano or call A.W. Cross, CSP Solano, or call Captain Williams, CSP Solano, and get on these people, because we are entitled to our religious program activity and we are NOT gettin’ it, and it is very detrimental.
