Further Updates, recorded on June 9, 2026.
Just so everyone knows, as per the update I gave last week, Warden Mike Seville, who is no longer a warden, has also now “retired,” probably forced out by the Virginia DOC for his part in whatever criminal wrongdoing is going on with the admins of Lawrenceville. And the assistant warden, Amber Leake, who is no longer the assistant warden, is in fact, under investigation, although details for what she did are sketchy and I won’t repeat too many rumors. I’d like to point out that I filed a report regarding her HIPAA violation, a criminal act, and I cited the codes for that, and her and her cronies from Lawrenceville, who have all been named in a legal lawsuit at the Eastern District of Virginia, case 1:26-cv-00054 has not been held accountable for the crime that was reported, and furthermore, her retaliatory acts, which included violent, due process and other violations, has not been addressed. I’ve repeatedly tried to bring this up since the change in the news with internally, and there has been no response from anyone regarding the false charge that was levied against me for making “false statements” about a staff member.
The fact of the matter is this: Amber Leake is a fricking criminal. She committed acts of violence against inmates. She then committed other criminal acts which are now being investigated. We are now filing a Freedom of Information Act that’s going to be sent out sometime here in the next week, as soon as all the paperwork is prepared, and we hope that people write the Virginia DOC, specifically the director, Joseph Walters, and demand that he review that false charge against me, that he review the situation of the HIPAA, and that justice be served, because these people continue to hurt and cause harm, and they just get away with it.
I’d like to end, and some people might not agree with this, but if you remember the election with Jay Jones, Attorney General of Virginia, and the statements he made about his opponents, which were crass and called for violence, you know what, maybe that man wasn’t entirely wrong.
