California prisons have launched a diabolical attack of subterfuge, trickery, and entrapment on both prisoners and people on the streets. For many years now, the Investigative Services Unit, ISU, has been issuing and distributing illegal cell phones to the prison population through its network of paid snitches who have effectively become undercover cops. As these cell phones all contain surveillance and monitoring chips as well as a high-tech infiltration virus that electronically invades the phones of everyone the prisoner calls, and gathers and downloads all of their personal information and contacts into the prison database. And it functions just like the AIDS virus, because it then spreads into the phones of everyone that they call with unlimited tentacles and arteries. However, the prisoner has no idea that he is under electronic surveillance and thinks he is doing something slick beyond the knowledge and control of the prison guards.
As a result, all gang operations, drug activity, orders for hits, and prison connections are all monitored and controlled, and manipulated by prison guard intelligence squads. And all information gathered from people on the streets through their high-tech infiltration virus is in turn shared and coordinated with police departments, DEA, ATF, and FBI nationwide, all based upon information gathered by the entrapment and electronic surveillance of prisoners and their outside contacts without a warrant, opening the door for secret indictments, warrants, raids and arrests that will then add hundreds of new occupants to the already overcrowded California prison system, and create hundreds of new police informants who have been flipped in an effort to save themselves from long prison terms. Therefore, it is absolutely true when they say loose lips sink ships.
Prisons are now ran by snitches, paid informants, drug addicts, and slave sellouts. The days of the political prisoners, the straight gangsters, and the street players with the code of ethics, code of principles, and code of conduct are all gone. I am the last of a dying breed. Knowledge of this conspiracy was released from the confidential records section in my central file during the evidence discovery proceedings for a murder case that I caught while in Folsom Prison.
