“Prison Torture Exposed,” by brother Khalil. On August 22, 2015, approximately a day after my very first message on Prison Radio, exposing an untold truth concerning the riot here at SCI Houtzdale. I was denied access to the telephones and falsely accused of refusing to lock up my cell. Henceforth, while being secured in my single cell, an aggressive goon squad equipped with riot gear like body armor approached my cell. Six of them with a lieutenant and medical personnel threatening to apply force to extract me from the cell, utilizing a shield, pepper spray, and a stun gun.

I complied to the order of handcuffing me through the feeding slot on the door. After being restrained and handcuffed, I was maliciously ushered off to the strip search cage to determine whether I had any contraband on my possession. Thereafter, they placed me in a standard jumpsuit and assigned to an unsanitary unit; plexiglass with metal [unclear] caked over it– Hannibal lecture type of cell. The whole process from one cell to the other was recorded on a handheld institutional camera.

A few hours later, I suffered a asthma attack from the humidity in the cell, and negated medical attention by the ten-to-six shift guards for several hours, causing me excruciating pain, which led to hallucinations, panic, depression, and fear of my possible demise. Further, I was ignored in the cell for 17 days. Half of those days were without basic or personal property, shower, and recreation. This over-exaggerated misuse of administrative power is a violation of my human rights; such is a daily occurrence worldwide.
