Today is November 5th, 2025. It is a hallmark of the Virginia DOC, a staple of The Virginia Model; retaliation and retribution dished out by the lackeys, approved, often ordered by the administrators. One of the favorite forms these days is the issuing of false in-house charges, hidden from the public, upheld by the corrupt cronyism that is the Virginia DOC gang style of control. Legitimized through an in-house kangaroo court where staff are regularly caught violating Virginia DOC policy and often state or federal laws, only to have it approved of. Where there is no oversight, state-sponsored terrorism reigns unchallenged.

I am currently being victimized by one of these heinous acts of psychological violence, the details of which you will find in some of my previous reports here and on my blog. This time, however, there is very much a sense of impending deadly harm. I’ll remind everyone of the words in a news report a couple months back when Senators David Marsden and Delegate Holly Seibold investigated abuse in the Virginia DOC. Paraphrased, “the inmates are the only people telling us what is really going on.” I hope the Senator and Delegate are listening because they have no idea how bad it is, and we believe it’s getting worse.

I’m currently facing falsified in-house charges claiming I made false statements about staff. That is a lie. It’s documented and acknowledged by the very people who propagated it, on state documents. My original report about a HIPAA violation was based on a similar in-house charge—lying to staff—which was later dismissed, and weeks of research into actual HIPAA law. The investigator who filed the false charge began his “investigation,” term used loosely and erroneously, by breaking policy and state law when he and his fellow investigators interrogated me without using a body camera; Code of Virginia, Section 15.2-1723.1. He admits his criminal act and then claims he didn’t have one available.  His fellow law-breaking investigator is well-known and also previously reported here as threatening to “Give 100 series charges and make them stick.” How very ironic that she’s involved in this violent psychological attack involving a false 100 series charge. Also on record is the mind-blowing admissions that neither investigator actually investigated a single thing. They claim that a HIPAA violation never occurred because a nurse was involved. That alone does not preclude a HIPAA violation. More importantly, is that a phantom nurse is not named, provided no statements, and in fact was never actually even met with by the investigator. This investigator also openly admitted on the same tape that not a single HIPAA law was reviewed. I spent literally weeks doing research, and Sherlock Hemlock, Lawrenceville correction investigators extraordinaire, didn’t look up squat.

While I cannot verify it myself, it seems likely that these two investigators were ordered to perform this act of fraud, which is exactly what it is when you falsify state documents, then later admit to not performing the duties required to support the claims on those documents. This brings up an important point. When I appealed these proven false charges against me, the person who answered the appeal had the audacity to bring up ethics. It is laughable that anyone in the Virginia DOC would actually cite ethics, especially given the Nazi-esque history of murder and abuse among so many atrocities dealt out to the captives of the Virginia DOC. It’s even more ironic on state documents that acknowledge their staff violating the law, but also as they are openly violating the First Amendment rights of thousands of citizens, many of those not even being held captive.

The Virginia DOC could find ways to be even less legitimate than it is—it has no legitimacy of any kind—but it would be hard-pressed to do so. I would also suggest that those listening to this look up the definition applied to the term “state-sponsored domestic terrorist.” Black’s Law will have you quickly turning an eye to the Virginia DOC and those who are employed by it. The anti-American behavior extends all the way to 6900 Atmore, the upper echelon of the Virginia DOC. We have an email from one of them with a time and digital stamp stating that this official reviewed the hearing recording and that everything is just peachy. In other words, your staff member violating policy, violating state law, and making fraudulent statements on state documents, which is later proven false by that staff member’s own words, is perfectly acceptable behavior.

Given who wrote that email at the top levels of the Virginia DOC, everything in the Virginia DOC should immediately be put under severe scrutiny. The Virginia DOC is a criminal gang-like institution, and it is destroying Virginia, its families, its society, and community at every level. Again, I hope Senator Marsden and Delegate Seibold hear this, and the whole country for that matter.

The psychological violence against me is indeed widespread. On Tuesday, October 28th, approximately 9:45, I was waiting in the medical unit, and an investigator at my current gulag told me I should “lay off” the other investigator. This obviously threatened me and on camera, which likely has audio, and in front of several witnesses, was regarding several emails sent by myself to my family and advocates detailing the truth about the false charge against me, everything you just heard me cite. These emails were deleted from my email boxes and I understand they never arrived at the recipients.  Safely stored with my family, out of state, are all the documents. They will tell you two things: that I am honest to the point of being tactless and that I save every single scrap of paper relevant to my situation. You would be surprised about the allegations I could make and then prove with the state’s own documents.

I’m a survivor of unidentified police attempts on my life during a mental health crisis at night in my own house in Floyd County, Virginia. I then survived a police beating that nearly killed me and has left me with visual disabilities. I then survived extended solitary confinement and four more beatings at the hands of the New River Valley Regional Jail, followed by a wrongful conviction. I then survived a beating by Virginia DOC guards at Pocahontas Correctional, a reward for my writing. I have survived a Virginia DOC SAM unit where mental health sufferers are openly tortured in myriad ways. I have survived years of various targeted harassment and abuse at the hands of the Virginia DOC. I have documented and reported every last little bit of it and I’m not the only one going through this.

As long as I remain a political prisoner of the terrorist gang known as the Virginia Department of Corrections, I believe my life is at risk, and the Virginia DOC has a long history of murdering people like me who reveal the truth about everything that the Virginia DOC is doing wrong. The Virginia DOC is doing a lot of wrong, nothing right, and every community in Virginia is being hurt by it. I do not expect to leave prison except maybe in a pine box, and given the extensive documentation I’ve accrued over the years, friends and advocates are ever watchful. The truth is in plain view.
