Alright, my name is Willie Curtis and I’m calling from Ionia, Michigan, and I am in the Ionia Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan. It’s a maximum prison for the criminally insane. That’s what it says on its website. So I’m basically in a mental health ward. And I’m in solitary confinement. I’ve been in solitary confinement for the past–I don’t know–maybe a year now. And I’m supposed to be in something called the START Program. And the START Program is purportedly a alternative to segregation. There’s no program; it’s fake. I invite people to look up [the] prison, Ionia Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan, and something called the START Program.
I have a case, actually, on the START Program, that I’m suing right now. The case number is 1:22-cv-145. That is a Michigan federal case, Michigan district court. The number is 1:22-cv-145, Michigan district court. Look at the case, check into the START Program. It’s not real.
