What is imperfection?
Is it one’s belief that they need correction,
Or someone who doesn’t know
That flaws are just smoke mirrors and misdirection?
What is imperfection?
Is it a light that reveals
Versus a mirror’s poor reflection,
Or the opinions of others
To give their own insecurity protection?
What is imperfection?
I only ask because I have no recollection
Since my spiritual blessing.
The word has lost meaning
Since my self acceptance of my essence.
What is imperfection?
After an introspective inspection,
My soul received an answer to my question,
A revelation revealed to me
At the universe’s discretion.
What is imperfection?
It is a riddle of three words merged,
Created for deception.
Now I can detect them
By invoking the correct inflection.
The answer is in the question:
I am perfection,
And so are you.
And the reason why I wanted to touch on imperfection is because I see lately, a lot of people have been having anxiety and issues about actually accepting who they are, and I feel like a lot of these issues deal with us, because there’s a deficiency when we’re being malnourished on the spiritual-food side. And I feel like, once you accept that, and you start dealing with things, it shows you who you truly are, you can come to respect and realize that you were made perfect. There is no mistakes, you know.
And what I feel like also, a lot of people try to become someone else in their efforts to evolve. And it’s not that you need to change who you are. You need to change what you do, maybe, but who you are and your character, you know you’re going to seek to improve that and establish yourself in this world, but at your roots, you are who you are. And I think that’s why a lot of people get lost, because, like, if you take religion – as I told people before, I’m not a believer in a religion. But when you got people that do believe in religion, like the one thing that I think a lot of people fail to realize, like, if you take something as the Bible, is that the last thing the person that they really read about is Jesus, as he dominated the New Testament.
But if you take your book and go to the Old Testament, you’ll see: everybody was different, whether it was Moses, whether it was Solomon, whether it was Samson, whether it was David, you know, everybody had a different character, but they all spoke on their relationship with God, as anybody can have that. And it was never for them to change who they were. You know, they just had to focus in and change on what they did, because you’re not going to be punished for your sins in the afterlife, no, you’re going to be punished by your sins here (chuckles).
So, when you indulge, or over indulge, or you have these problems and stuff, that’s, that’s the punishment right then and there. You know, when you can’t get out your own way and all of these things. So, let me say it, man, it’s just something to, I wanted to touch on, far as letting people know that, hey, we’re all perfect in our own way. So that’s by design. And this has been a PSA, which is a personal soul adjustment.
