My name is Marsha Byrd. I’m asking for prayers and support. I’m 68-year-old disabled senior who’s in the hole. I was attacked by an inmate because I threw away her jug, she put me in a chokehold, I had to fight for my life, and I’m charged with a battery and she did not get any charges. Nevada state law say if an inmate hit an elder that’s ADA in a wheelchair, 60 years or older, they will be charged with a E1. Plus, they never drug test her. Please help me get justice. There’s so many seniors are being ignored because of their age. This is wrong and violates our Eighth Amendment, cruel and unusual punishment. Please support Marsha Byrd. Thank you.
