My name is Marsha Byrd. I’m a 68-year-old senior with one kidney. ADA. Wheelchair. Nevada State Prison needs to start protecting a senior 60 years and older. Start charging any inmate with E1 for hitting a senior with disability. That’s the law, that’s the Nevada law. I was attacked by an inmate, hit, bite, put in a chokehold, and I was fighting for my life. I’m a 60-year-old senior in a wheelchair, ended up in lockup. The girl who I was – who put me in a chokehold ended up in the free world. This is wrong. I need justice. Please pray for Marsha Byrd. Thank you.
