Hi. My name is Krystal Denise Clark. My inmate number is 435064, I’m in the valley of death. My rights is being tooken from me. Medical, Jacqueline Jones. This is just so sad. I was don’t know that I tell y’all before, she took all my KOPs [Keep-On-Person self-medication program]. Her, Dr. Ellison, and they managing whatever they want to say higher up, making me walk out here on a rolator {rolling walker], four times a day. Four times a day, I have to pick – do I want to take my meds, or do I want to go to chow. So, I can’t go to chow and eat because I got to rush up here at 6:45 in the morning for one of the appointments that do eye drops. Then back up there at 7:00 something to take medication, then back up there, and med line again, and then another nurse appointment.
This is, this is so, so foul, wrong, and medical neglect on them. I had asked them, “Why is my KOPs, these medicines stay on me at all times, been half a years, why is they being tooken from me?” I had the meeting on the field with the safety representers, David Dingles, Heidi Washington, everything. After that, a week later, I’m getting all my stuff tooken because we wanted to meet, and I told everything that they was doing to me, as I should. Like I do not deserve this. And now look at what’s being done. They trying to act like this is helping me by torturing me, making me walk with swollen legs, ankles and legs be leaking sometimes. Nobody is concernng about that. Staying swole. I’m telling them that I feel this tingling and numbness in my hands and my fee, all over my body.
Been having severe chest pains. My heart is not doing good. No one cares about this. They trying to downplay it. I go to see the Dr. Ellison on every month. On the 25th of this month, I was in the room with the deputy, the warden, mental health, Jacqueline Jones, PA Densler, PA Johnson, and the hum- SUVA [unclear] in the room with me at my doctor’s appointment, hearing all, everything about me, my medical. I told him, “I’m not comfortable, and I don’t feel comfortable with a deputy warden of mental health and all these people in here. Why is this happening to me?” I said, “And Don Jones, you are a director, a nurse, how is you running things that can change my medical? I have rights. I have rights.”
Pretty much, I don’t have rights. Pretty much what she was saying: it’s not going to be changed. They made the decision. I said, “Who is they?” I’m not allowed to know who made the decision on my medical? My rights is being tooken from me. This is this so sad and wrong. This is medical neglect. This is violating the HIPPA. And this is crazy! My disability rights! I’m on a rolator, trying to survive each and every day so I can’t go and do other things that other people do anyways. But now, on top of this, look at what they are doing to me. And it seems to me, they get away with everything.
