Biography
Krystal Clark has been incarcerated in Huron Valley Correctional Facility–otherwise known as “the valley of death”–for more than a decade. Krystal has been outspoken about Huron Valley’s serious mold problem, contaminating both the food and the facility, which has caused her health to dramatically deteriorate. Due to the facility’s medical negligence, her face now suffers from paralysis, and she relies on a walker for mobility.
She continues to call out Huron Valley for its corruption and deplorable conditions despite facing retaliation from guards and her fellow prisoners. She has five siblings, a mother, four children, three grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends who need her and ask for help in getting her the care she deserves.
