The New Afrikan Black Panther Party calls upon the workers, students, prisoners, and street groups to honor Comrade Herman Wallace, an all-the-way revolutionary, an elder of the national liberation struggle, who died three days after the oppressors freed him from the chains of slavery at Angola state prison.

Comrade Herman Wallace, once he became a Black Panther, never did he deviate, vacillate, or waver in a conviction that though we may suffer setbacks and reversals in our struggle for freedom, we must, as Panthers, get back on our feet, wipe the blood off and continue the glorious battle to destroy capitalism, imperialism, white supremacy, and militarism.

The New Afrikan Black Panther Party want to tell the people that Comrade Herman Wallace, his ideas, his aspirations and his example will live forever in the hearts of oppressed people around the world. We call upon the people to free Albert Woodfox, the last remaining of the Angola 3, by any means necessary. We call upon the people to free Comrade sister Lynne Stewart, who is now suffering from terminal cancer. We say free all political prisoners by any means necessary. All power to the people. This is Chairman Shaka Zulu.
