I was shot by the police several times back in 2018 and they tried to lock me up to cover up the whole situation that the police shot me. They said they was called to a shootout in my neighborhood. I was on my street at my house, and somebody was trying to rob me. A shootout happened and the police came, and they ended up shooting me, and they shot at a few other people that was on the scene that day out there.
I’ve been trying to get some type of help for a person to look into what happened because they tried to say that I had something to do with something that happened, but it was so many people outside. I have officers saying that I didn’t have anything to do with it. I have paperwork proving that I was shot for no reason, and they tried to cover it up by putting me in prison because I have prior convictions. I have all the paperwork I need. I need some type of attorney, or anybody that has any type of legal background who knows. I was not even arraigned. I didn’t even receive a proper arraignment. All my due process rights was violated. A lot of my rights as a citizen was violated. But I’m not here to argue all of that.
I just want justice. My family want answers and justice. I have made several recordings in the past. Please listen to them. If you know someone who can help, please reach out to me. If you can help me. I was definitely shot several times and arrested for no other reason than to cover up what the police had did. They approached the scene, they was afraid. They didn’t investigate to see what was going on, and they started shooting people. The body cam footage of me being shot was missing from the police cameras, but they have the footage before and after. The cameras was working fine, but during the process of the situation, there’s no body cam footage. It’s missing all of a sudden. So, I mean, I’m pretty sure in their courts, they found me, you know, guilty in their courts, but now I’m out of the Wayne County courts, and I’m in appeal courts. I need a good appeals attorney, somebody who’s going to stand up for what’s right.
