The title of this piece is, “Contact Me.” This is Kenjuan Congo, Jr. calling from a prison camp, behind enemy lines.
Due to prison restrictions and monitoring, some people don’t feel like they’re comfortable reaching out to me. Well I understand that, so the best way to contact me without the prison monitoring it is my email and Instagram. My email is KJcongo@yahoo.com. Instagram is @KJCongo and the number three (@kjcongo3).
Now, we talk about these rules and monitoring and things like that, St. Augustine said, “An unjust law isn’t law at all.” And Martin Luther King said, “It’s a moral obligation to break unfair rules in the pursuit of justice.” Also, civil rights leader John Lewis talk about getting in a good kind of trouble. When we fighting for justice, sometimes you might get in a little bit of trouble.
We cannot allow the government, or the power, or elite to control who we can and cannot communicate with or what we can and cannot do. If we do that, we will never be free. It’s my little two cents, so anybody can feel free to reach out to me. This is Kenjuan Congo, Jr. calling from a prison camp behind enemy lines. Thank y’all. As always, all power to all the people.
