“Court Injunction Granted to Mumia Abu-Jamal for Hep C Treatment” by Shakaboona.

The detestable Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, who have been denying cures has Hep C treatment to Mumia Abu-Jamal and 10,000 Hep C infected prisoners, have lost yet another legal battle in the courts to Mumia Abu-Jamal and his attorney.

On January 3rd, 2017, the honorable judge Robert de Mariani of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania issued a preliminary injunctive order against the Pennsylvania Department of Ccorrections to immediately provide the curative Hep C treatment drug Salvati and Harvoni.

The preliminary injunctive order for Mumia Abu-Jamal will save his life and will pave the way for the other 10,000 prisoners infected with Hep C throughout the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections to now seek and acquire curative Hep C treatment as well.

The favorable court ruling is a lifesaver to the 10,000 prisoners with the Hep C disease whom the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and Correct Care Solutions have engaged in the Tuskegee-like government experiment of intentionally delaying the administration of curative Hep C medications until the prisoners face the imminent prospect of catastrophic rupture and bleeding out of the esophageal vessels and eventual death.

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and contracted health service corporations like CCS should count their lucky stars for not being held criminally accountable for what can only be called willful murder of physically ill prisoners. Finally, a U.S. Court has found a conscience and has ruled in the favor of people over corporate profits and have saved the lives of tens of thousands of prisoners that would probably have otherwise been lost due to man’s corruption and greed.
