This is Charley Hughes also known as Sheik Bilal Abdul Salaam-Bey. I’m at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility in Hutchinson, KS. This piece is called “The Declaration of Nationality.”
I am putting all government officials on notice that I, Sheik Bilal Abdul Salaam-Bey, am proclaiming my nationality as a Washitaw Moor. I would like to be known as Sheik Bilal Abdul Salaam-Bey which is on official record with the Reno county courthouse here in Hutchinson, KS, 206 West 1st Ave, under Judge Trish Rose. This was officiated on February 16th, 2022.
Also let it be known that I am petitioning for all Moorish Americans to represent the Moorish Americans here in Hutchinson, KS at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility for what is known as a world habeas petition. It was put out by our acting grand sheik of the Moorish tribe temple of America whose name is king Phillip Kumar. I would appreciate if all Moors would represent us in our standards uplifting humanity and uplifting ourselves and saving ourselves from the oppression of these oppressors who are holding us down here in Hutchinson Correctional Facility. We are petitioning for immediate release and compensation being that we are the true owners of the land, sovereign, and Moorish American nationals.
