This is Charley Hughes, number 96576 at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility, also known as Sheik Bilal Abdul Salaam-Bey. This piece is just an update of what is going on with me in Hutchinson Correctional Facility.
As of Monday, June, probably 15, I got my custody level dropped down to a medium-low, medium custody. They moved me to a different, to a new cell house, to D1. And now I get more freedom, like my door is open all day long, I get all day day-room, I get to go out to the patio whenever I want, I get to use the microwave and things like that. So it’s way better than the situation I was in before.
And next month, my custody level drops again subminimum, so I might be going to a different facility. Once my custody level drops to a medium, I might go to a minimum facility and from there to work release. They just gave me four months of my program credit, takes off four months off my finish. So as of now, my release date is set for June 23 2025, and my plan is to parole to [inaudible], Texas once I release.
