It’s even more beautiful than book number one. I know Steve is thrilled when he sees it. I know I am when I see it. I mean, it’s just physically beautiful: the binding, the cover, the feel, the heft of it. It’s thick and it’s juicy.
And a lot of our spirit is in it. And also I believe the spirit of the great Howard Zinn, the late historian, is in there as well.
I think he would be proud of the work that Steve Victoria and I did on Murder Incorporated book two. I think it’s some great writing. I think it’s a lot of human humor in it.
But it’s also a whole lot of truth in it. And I think it’s a story that really tells itself about looking at empire from the perspective of the oppressed peoples of the world. So enjoy.
